New Directions

Dearest Farm-ily,


Well things didn't turn out the way I planned last year on many frontiers...

As you know, I moved to a new farm intending to set up production. After only a few months of being there, and beginning the farm, the landlord of the property had a severe mental breakdown, and was hospitalised, making any investment into the land increasingly risky, and meaning I couldn't proceed with the legal lease, as he isn't of sound mind :(

So I, and the other farmers living on the land, have all had to relocate at the end of last year. I've moved into Murwillumbah, and am enjoying growing a home veggie and flower garden, for the first time in years, picture of me in my okra patch above :)

I felt devastated by this turn of events, and cried many tears of frustration. However, I am not the type of personality to let circumstances get the better of me. I do feel that everything happens for a reason, and that I will find the right circumstances, and support, to get me back into production again. I have learned a lot in my journey, and am even more clear about what I am wanting to co-create, in moving forward.

So, I am once again open to a farm partnership. I'm most interested in building a farm where I can work collaboratively with other enterprises. So if you know of someone who is planning a project like this, I could be your farmher.

In the interim, along with continuing my work as a Farm Consultant, and studying Holistic Management (with Brian Wehlberg, Lismore), I have been up-skilling myself and have returned to my techie roots, and launched another arm of my business, Lifeforce Connect, in Digital Marketing Services.
